Watch face purchase - Google Play

Trying to purchase a watch face for Galaxy ultra.

Face is applicable for the watch andnusing a google play credit to pay.

Each time I attempt the pay it tells me I cannot proceed as I'm not in UK!

Odd, I am in UK, I'm not using a vpn yet it won't process.

Emailed Google but as expected, any reply is days away!

Anyone else had this issue?

What region is your playstore set to? Is your phone a UK handset?

Mobile is UK handset (from Samsung UK) The Google credit is part of a Samsung UK purchase reward.....and has worked for book purchases.
No VPN is active and same happens when attempting whilst connected via mobile data or a UK based wifi provider.

Tried using both my regular wifi and mobile data. Hasn't been an issue in past to make playstore purchases.
