Watch active 2 unglued rear glass cover

Hi guys

Did you have situation that your watch lost rear glass cover? 

This glass cover just suddenly unglued itself from the rear part of the watch. Samsung service will send courier to pick up my watch for investigation and now I'm wondering how much this "pleasure" will cost me😀

Any suggestions or similar experience?

Yes this just happened to me last night while I was sitting watching TV I stretched my arm in the air and felt something sliding.

The sticky substance underneath appeared to have rolled up allowing the plate to flip around.

I have to admit that Samsung service was great. They fixed it for me free of charge. Did you already contact them?

Hi same thing happened to me today. Any ideas on how to fix this? My watch is definately out of warranty. Can I order the cover from somewhere and fix myself?

First if all contact Samsung. My watch was also out of warranty but Samsung fixed this with no charge:)))
They send courier to my place to pick up my watch and few days later got it back

My front dial came off this morning, just unglued itself
Reading up on repair posts B700 glue is used to stick it back

I'm on a Samsung chat right now since the back & now front are sliding. Have you had any issues since?

Its happened to me multiple times....I use super glue and the watch still works 😄😄😄
