Watch active 2 back cover comes off

I dont know what's going with the Samsung Watch Active 2 but I had 2 watches and the back glass came off on both. Never took them in water nor the shower. Garbage!

I put a question to the customer service the other day about this, I've had my watch a couple of years and last week i was weeping the back to clean it and the cover on the back came off, so you know if there is a way of fixing it? Best wishes Sara

I ordered the kit off Amazon to replace the rubber seal. But that only last for a couple of months before the back cover comes off again. Garbage!

Stupid me didn't even think to look in there, I'll look see what's on there even if i can get a few more months out of it, but when you pay so much money for a Watch you don't expect it to happen, so annoying 😡
