Watch 6 - Turn off Emergency SOS

Hi,

How do I completely turn off Emergency SOS on a Watch 6 please?

I don't want accidental button presses calling the emergency services.

Go in the wear app, watch settings > safety and emergency > emergency sos. I don't think you can turn off the press button 5 times, but you can put a custom number in instead. Meaning it will call that number instead. If it helps though, since owning a galaxy watch, I will say I haven't actually manage to press the button 5 times to call emergency.

Thanks. I am sure on Watch 4 I was able to turn off. I have for sure activated with a pocket press on my phone, first thing I do now is deactivate on new devices.

Same thing just happened to me! Still have not figured out why it sent out an emergency notification to my emergency contacts; I had sos disabled on the watch. Had emergency fall notification enabled. Was sitting watching TV, got a call from my sister out of the blue, she says she got an sos saying I need help; sent from the watch....when I was watching TV...W.I.T.H.....so I disabled fall alert. Embarassing....
