Samsung galaxy watch 7 overheating

Hello,

My Galaxy Watch 7 overheats during normal use, I don't do anything on it except wear it and all the time I get a message that it needs to turn off the watch because it has overheated, I have turned off almost everything except pulse monitoring and still the same thing.... after the last charge of the watch it happens, in fact I can feel that the watch is warmer than before so it actually overheats but I don't know what the reason is, not even a year old watch

Is it crashing, turning off, killing the battery, or anything? Or does it simply feel warmer?

When i charge battery it happend often, it started when i charged watch then at ~70% battery charge got info that battery is overheating, from this time even in bed or daily exercises watch just turn off because of overheat donno what happend.
