Hi! I am trying to connect my Samsung watch 5 pro to Iphone 14 pro. I can find the watch and connect to it in "bluetooth" settings, but when i press "pair" on the galaxy watch app, it says "pairing" for 1-2 minutes and it fails. I have talked to customer support and tried all of the proper steps for troubleshooting, but nothing helps.
PS! The guy in live chat said that watch 5 pro is compatible with IOS.

Very strange. I read online that an Iphone shouldn't even find the watch, but those were old posts. My phone finds the watch, connects to it, it is only the app that fails to pair the two.

Do you know how to get in touch with samsung technicians? Maybe they could tell me if the info on that page is outdated or not

The problem is that the samsung members app does not exist on IOS. So what to do?
