Hi! I am trying to connect my Samsung watch 5 pro to Iphone 14 pro. I can find the watch and connect to it in "bluetooth" settings, but when i press "pair" on the galaxy watch app, it says "pairing" for 1-2 minutes and it fails. I have talked to customer support and tried all of the proper steps for troubleshooting, but nothing helps.
PS! The guy in live chat said that watch 5 pro is compatible with IOS.

Don't know if the information in the below link is wrong or outdated, but it shows your watch as NOT compatible

I don't use a Samsung watch or IOS so can't be 100% sure but it seems as if the Samsung CS agent was wrong.

Very strange. I read online that an Iphone shouldn't even find the watch, but those were old posts. My phone finds the watch, connects to it, it is only the app that fails to pair the two.

Do you know how to get in touch with samsung technicians? Maybe they could tell me if the info on that page is outdated or not

There may also be a community moderator who can offer to find out the information a bit quicker. They usually patrol the forums and are very helpful. Alternatively, another user may be able to confirm what the article claims.

The problem is that the samsung members app does not exist on IOS. So what to do?
