I bought a Watch 7 to monitor my health and now the app does not work in my country!!! That's a disappointment.

I bought a watch 7 to monitor my bloodpressure and ECG which are done by use of the app samsung health monitor. This app only works in certain countries.... I bought the from the Samsung store and live in The Netherlands. I cannot find a list where the app works.

I am very disappointed and this surely lets my bloodpressure rise...

Could be down to the device itself.
The country-specific firmware and CSC (Country Specific Code) of your device might also play a role. If your device's CSC is locked to a region where the feature isn't available, it won't work, even if you physically travel to a supported country. 

Samsung Health Monitor, and specifically features like ECG and blood pressure tracking, are only available on devices (watches and phones) purchased in countries where the app has been approved as a medical device.
