My watch went completely flat and not won’t start, charge or anything! Any tips to get the blessed thing working?  Tried it with a different charger so it’s not that that’s broken

There was an issue with the last update that caused this. You need to contact Samsung directly and they will fix it for you

You had to contact Samsung for a repair or replaced. They issued a patch since that advice was first issued. Contact Samsung

Yeah mine too, and just go with the automated self service diagnostic, otherwise you'll wait for a 'human' asking the same dumb questions that the bot would ask. I gave them my serial number, the watch name, and they still asked 'are the charge terminals clean' on the watch... Like, not even sure if any galaxy watches had terminals.

Apparently my watch cannot be repaired.. no more details yet. Samsung will contact me within 2 days to discuss options
