Watch 4 not recording sleep

Did a factory reset on my watch, everything is up to date, all the battery saving turned off. Help.

I've noticed that on my Watch 4 Classic. What I think I did wrong was loosen the strap because it felt tight before bed. Since keeping it on the same strap hole it's recorded ok.
