Watch 3 and Android Work Profile

I have just bought a Watch 3. After a lot of research I decided to spend the extra money and get what people say is the best smart watch.

Unfortunately, I am having an issue.

I have a personal phone that I use for work and so it has an Android Work Profile installed. My phone is a Google Pixel 4 XL.

The biggest problem is not receiving any Outlook notifications. Can someone offer any advice?

Does this work on a Samsung phone?

Try clearing outlook app cache. If that doesn't work, clear system cache and restart the phone.

Also, make sure notifications are turned on 😋

Notifications are switched on. When I look at the list of apps, Outlook doesn't appear. In fact, none of the apps that are on the work profile appear.

Have you tried factory resetting the watch 3 to default to see if that fixes the solution?

It was brand new yesterday so not sure that will help
