has anyone had any resolution to this?
I have a Watch 7I've registered it with Samsung and it has this warning on my product dashboard 'Additional services are limited for products not purchased in your current location.
Please check for the country location of purchase. ' and there is no option to 'get support' on the website for it.
The location of purchase is the UK, the countries listed on the box include the UK, it even has Samsung's UK address printed next to the IMEI on the back but the only options for location are Switzerland, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Austria, Czechia, Greece and Slovakia.

I asked my UK Amazon supplier about this and they advised;
The following instructions are provided by our suppliers. To set up the device: Select the language of your choice. Choose any region from the options shown, e.g., Egypt. Proceed with the setup, and the device will function normally in the UK.
