I'm about ready to lose it. I have a Galaxy Watch 6 Classic 47mm LTE, S24 Ultra combo. My watch refuses to restore after/during factory reset. It's on the same wifi as my phone and they are connected via bt. Samsung cloud backup is on. I can see the backup, It says " when connected to your phone, it will blah blah blah" However I am connected. If I look in my watch settings to backup and restore, there is no restore option, probably because it thinks its not connected still. I can change setting for the wear os companion app on my phone, so they are definitely connected. I have spent time with tech support and they have been of little help. I don't know what to do. What's the point of investing in an ecosystem if if doesn't act like one?
