UK irregular heart rate notification

Could someone please let me know if the irregular heart rate notification is enabled in the UK for galaxy watch 6. I have looked for enabling the settings in the health monitor app but the setting does not seem to be present. I am using all the latest updated apps.

I don't think it's been released yet, maybe that's why you can't find it in the settings just now.

Don't think it has been activated for the UK yet. I followed the instructions and the option doesn't appear.

Galaxy watch 7 now out and still no sign of IHRN in the UK for the watch 6
