I habe since getting my Galaxy Watch 6 in December joined the monthly step challenges, with zero problems. I have just tried to join the Juky challenge and it says 'Samsung Account Changed'. I've changed nothing, can anyone help please? Thank you
I'm using app on Galaxy 23 Ultra

I didn't, but my watch was still backing up on the app. It was just the together tab that wasn't working for me. When I reinstalled the app, together is working fine and my steps for the last few days are updated in the June challenge

I have backed up all data then uninstall and then reinstalled and thank goodness it works
