Got a new galaxy watch 6 .....having problems connecting it to the wearable galaxy app

Any suggestions??

Hey there and welcome to the Samsung UK Community Forum

Before you get lots of comments and suggestions, only for you to say "tried that".....

Can you please indicate what you've tried so far?
I am not employed by Samsung nor do I receive any remuneration as a Samsung Members Star.

My device is an S25 Ultra.

Unistalled wearable app ..shut down watch ..restarted both up ...all software upto date ...the up is taking long to find watch then when it does it's freezes when downloading the connection to pair

Have spoken to ee to make sure the sim is in the watch and ready to communicate they have tried ..with no success and I've put a complaint in ..now open case till they either replace watch or anything else

Bluetooth is on? And finding enabled?
Or any other permissions needed.
