Latest galaxy watch update

My new GW6 Classic was working well until yesterday's update

Now sleep mode is active shown by the icon yet when I access settings it shows inactive and shows 'turn on' as the option

Back ups have disappeared and whilst there is a Back Up section in the wearable app there is no way to generate a back up of the watch and no previous Back ups showing.

Any ideas would be welcome......

PS Samsung, why do you make loving your devices such a challenge.......🤬🤬🤬

Clear cache partition highly recommended after software update. Please try probably helpful

I just did on mine yesterday after received software update

Be patience needs because sometimes I'm hold buttons not long enough or something etc. But this process helpful

It worked - thanks. Now I just need to deactivate sleep mode which isn't on but says it is and actually create a backup for the watch which all YouTube videos explain how but none of the options to do so are showing in the wearable app!
