Sleep tracking is not accurate on Galaxy Fit 3?

Good morning everyone.

I noticed that my Galaxy fit 3 is not very accurate on tracking my sleep.

Yesterday I went to sleep at 10:45 PM, and it started tracking my sleep from 1:00 AM. It's not loose on my wrist, so the monitoring should be accurate. Anyone has the same problem?

I am facing the same problem. Infact, sometimes it shows different data on my wearable and the app.

I have the same problem: Galaxy S22 phone and Galaxy Fit 3. Tried all the recommended actions, but nothing works.

Same problem - I sleep most nights between 10 and 11 but it rarely records any sleep before 3am.

I am facing a similar problem. A portion of my sleep is not being recorded!

This is exactly what has been happening for the past week. I don't know what happened.

Really samsung you are messing up this band thing!

I also have issue with sleep tracking but different kind. Fit 3 is recording that I am sleeping when I am awake. I had two records of sleeping during full work hours, while I was sitting at the desk at office, walking to the WC and etc, and once again while I was by my home computer.

There was an update, but did not fix the issue.

Yes, Facing the same issue. Its going to be six month since your posted. But still samsung galaxy fit watch having the same issue, i wont able to track the sleep at all. I just went to a short sleep of 1 hour. it wont able to detect it. Watch cheaper than this do the job good..

I ran out of patience and finally went to an authorized Samsung Service Centre. The folks there told me that all of the problems I am facing is because I am using the band with a non-Samsung phone. All features of the band will work properly only with a Samsung phone. If that is the case, then Samsung should have specifically mentioned that the device is not compatible with all brands. This looks like a clear case of cheating. The latest firmware also did absolutely nothing to fix the issues. When I questioned them how my Galaxy Active 2 is working without any issues with my Motorola, they said that old technology gadgets are compatible with all all phones but the new gadgets aren't.

This is absurd. I have the same problem even using Samsung S24+ and Samsung S22+ connected with my Galaxy Fit 3. Both phones I used still didn't detect my sleep accurately. It shows that although I slept from 12am - 7pm, it said I woke up from 3am - 4am
