Sleep coaching watch face

Does anyone know how the sleep coaching watch face works.

I have sleep coaching enabled, but the watch face never changes from this

I have that exact same issue.

I think you have to set it up in the health app on your phone - open the health app and under the sleep part tap on the bit that says " Record your sleep for 7 days ......... " and set it up in there

I've been tracking my sleep for about a year now and the sleep coaching watch face which was released around 2 weeks ago still didn't change. I am assuming it is something to do with the new wear os update we're all expecting to receive in the coming months. The same software from the watch 6.

I've done all that and it's made no difference.
The only other thing I can think of is as you record your sleep for 7 days you also have to use the sleep coaching watch face for 7 days too.
But it's frustrating they haven't explained anything

Exactly, you'd think there would be some information around how to get it up and running. I do know from the Fold and Flip launch, that the watch face is supposed to give you different advice throughout the day, like walk more, try some deep breathing, stop caffeine from now etc.
