Hello my Galaxy Earbuds sound out of nowhere went very low and it does not go up. I have fixed it before and it was working good a bit of time and then now it is not working at all. Has anyone had this problem before? Thank you very much

@Ouanti: What device do you have the Buds+ connected to, and is the problem persistent across all apps and features? In the meantime, please take a look at the troubleshooting steps provided in the link below, to see if you're able to return the Buds+ to their former glory.
