Hey guys! Hope everyone had a nice weekend and that your week goes smoothly.
Today I'm here to ask you the question: Should I upgrade from the Galaxy watch 5 40mm to the Galaxy watch 7 44mm?

I want people's thoughts and opinions specifically from the ones that did a similar upgrade. I mainly use my watch for tracking walks, using WhatsApp and things like that. A "big" thing to me would be the size upgrade, and i can get this for £169 with trade in.

Thanks In advance!

Sounds like a decent price, although consider that a watch 8 will be out this year...possibly even an 8 Classic....

I've got a 6 classic (46mm) and I noticed a positive difference from the 4 classic (44mm I think) in screen size.

I don't have the 7, but understand the chip is improved, especially from the 5.

@UNKNOWNUSERNAME  seems a good deal, depends if you want to wait to see what the watch 8 offers in the summer.  Do not have direct experience of the larger sizes though as I have a slim wrist, I do have the 7 (40 mm), did not try the 6.

I do not work for Samsung or make Samsung Products but provide independent advice and valuable contributions.

I got the Gw7 Ultra recently, it's good, I got decent price on it, around same price.

In hindsight I should have waited to see what GW8 will bring but that's up to you

Tbh if you are only upgrading for the bigger screen, then yes go for it, I have the GW7 Ultra lte, which I upgraded from the watch 6 classic 46mm lte, and there wasn't any specific reason why I done it, but I ain't regretting it, love my GW7 Ultra lte to death.
The GW7 will have the new biosensors giving you better reliable readings, but apart from that, with one UI6 out now, I think you'll find that the GW5 does about the same thing your GW7 does NOW!
GENTLE food for thought 😊
