I have had these around a week and used 3 times.

I keep ANC on and the volume below the red warning limit.

Each time, my buds have only lasted me 3 hours and they are down to 17%. I made sure buds and case were fully charged when testing.

I got these free as a result of buying a S24Ultra during Black Friday and hope it's not defective stock they wanted to get rid of.

Is this normal?!

No doesn't sound right (no pun intended) - make sure the software is up to date and possibly try a complete reset.

Other things to consider:

- are the LED lights strips on
- is UHD audio on

Mine last a lot longer than 3hours with ANC on max and UHD audio on (LEDs off)

For clarity, Samsung would never knowingly sell off "defective stock".

Samsung are a premium brand and as such they would never risk their reputation doing so.

Use my own EQ.
In 3 hours less than 20%

Will try a complete installation again

So I experimented with the volume and that was the 'culprit'. I find when the volume is low, the buds last a long time. Soon as I put the volume to the red warning bit, the battery goes down faster.

Is this normal?!
