Hi , I purchased a Galaxy watch Active December 2020 from Currys UK . The Model number is SM-R500NZSABTU, <Hidden> manufacturer date 2020.10.09. The problem I have is that after wearing it for a few days it starts to burn my wrist directly under the watch where the flashing occurs , on the first ocassion it burnt my wrist so bad I had to stop wearing it for 3 weeks for the burn to heal . Since then I have tried wearing it again but every time J have to take it off after 2 to 3 days as it started to burn my wrist again . I have tried it on my other wrist and it has the same effect . I have keep the watch dry and remove it to wash my hands, so it is not sweat or moisture causing the problem and on the first ocassion it burnt my wrist so bad the skin peeled. I do not have sensitive skin I therefore find the watch unusable which is extremely disappointing as I like Samsung products and also use a pad and phone . As there is obviously a fault with the watch I would like to return it for a full refund as it is unusable in its present state. Regards Christopher Pick.
