Since the Watch3 I have used some form of screen protector, I have found it does catch a few scratches not trusting the various claims of Gorilla Glass and Sapphire Crystal Glass.

A few questions:

1. Does anyone else use a screen protector?

2. Does Samsung recommend using one?

3. Does it affect watch function (clarity and dust trap) ?

I have always used screen protectors. When I bought my very first galaxy watch I ended up with a scratch on my screen second day. So I just don't risk being with out one. I have galaxy watch 6 using ringke glass protector and slim case. Does the job for me 👍

I tried one on my GW4C...don't have one on GW6C...the bezel seems to do a good job with protection.

After 3 knocks I ordered another pack of screen protectors, now fitted, result near perfection 👌 20231222_163025_1000057361_1703262626.jpg

I recently bought a Watch 7 from the SES shop. My watch 4 had got scuffed around the glass edge, so I bought the one (non-Samsung) product available from the shop. The shop wouldnt fit it so I went to my trusted phone repair shop. They expertly fitted it but there was a small lump that couldn't be squeegeed out. The SES shop refunded me. Samsung online had one Samsung product but the single bad review put me off. I bought a product from Amazon. Impossible to centre it. Bought another one. Same thing. Bought a Spigen Glass TR. Brilliant. Comes with frame for perfect fit. Looks great.
