Hi
I purchased a Samsung watch 7 LTE and managed to sync with my phone. However I tried to connect with Three network to use the LTE feature.
When I do this, I keep getting a error message (a red triangle with an exclamation mark) the message shows that either my password/login details are incorrect. I know this is incorrect as I have updated my password.
I have contacted Three and they said that it's the fault with Samsung as they don't have any issues with their network.
Has anyone experienced this issue before, as I am desperate to use the LTE feature.
Any advice is appreciated.

@Tranfamily: At what stage are you seeing the red triangle with the exclamation mark?

If you have registered the Watch7 with your mobile network, then it should be possible to activate the eSIM on the device by heading to Settings > Connections > Mobile networks > Mobile plans, or Watch settings > Mobile plans (via the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected smartphone).

Thank you for your reply. I did speak with Three provider. They said that it has been activated. I have checked on my watch and under mobile network, it's shows as 'auto'. So not sure if the watch is connected to network or not. How would I check. Sorry for all the questions, I am not tech savvy 😂. Thanks again for your support with this.

@Tranfamily: Its no problem at all :smiling-face: If your Watch7 network settings are currently set to 'Auto' then this will automatically use the Watch's mobile network when the Bluetooth connection with your phone is disconnected. This is the recommended setting, as the Watch's mobile network will be disconnected to save battery while it is connected to your phone, and will only activate when the connection is lost.

I think if you turn off Bluetooth and wifi option you'll see that it connects to data or lte. And maybe try using youtube or internet to see that it works

I have spoken with Three again and now they are saying that I would need to purchase an eSim, didn't realise that I had to do this. Well I need to make a decision whether it is worth to pay for an additional £7 per month on top of my existing monthly contract. Not sure if it worth it so that just incase I forgot to take my mobile with me😊. That's a shame that I didn't realise this before purchasing the watch. Should have done my research beforehand 😂

Hi All

sorry I have another question, is it normal to have to charge the watch everyday. I was on chat with Samsung technical team and was that that this is normal. He said this happens because the watch is still trying to understand my daily usage and will settle after a couple of weeks. I find this hard to believe and was thinking that he is trying to fob me off, so I can miss my cooling off period.

Hi All

Would anyone be able to advise, for some reason today I can’t make calls or receive calls on my Samsung A55 5G. I have try resetting my network, changing from 5G back to 2-3G. Removing my sim and then putting it back. Still I can’t make or receive calls.
