Samsung watch 4 notification issues - which watch face you use affects it?

I posted a few days ago regarding my watch not receiving notifications...ive found depending on witch watch face you av on effects it from coming thru with sound and vibration to the orange dot to say you av one...so maybe worth a look at if it's effecting you..ive tried 4 faces 2 came thru as it should the other 2 just dint do anything other then the dot....

Yea turned em both on then off and still the same

I went through this pain.   This I discovered the main setting item for Sounds and Vibration was silent and no vibration.    Turned on vibration and now my alerts cause the watch to vibrate
