Samsung Pay - says my ID is invalid but when I login into Samsung account it's okay?

Hi does anyone know why when I want to use Samsung Pay app it says my ID is invalid but when I login into Samsung account it's okay?

They fixed it. I can now use Spay with my pixel and watch active 2

Samsung pay app does not work for some reason,my fone does the same.

Not sure why your email is coming back as invalid, is there a white space after .com ?

I only ask as sometimes auto fills or copy and paste add a space at the end of the word.

(Appologises if this isn't the case and seems like a silly comment)

Unfortunately I have the same issue and now I can't sign in for to many attempts for 30mins ☹️

Same here. 

Try to log in else where it works. 

Try to look up ID it gives me my email.

Try to create account says email in use.

Try to log in on phone app, "invalid"

It's been awhile? For the Samsung Pay couldn't be use?

Hi. I've checked but no white space after it. And unfortunately some of the other users experience same things.

Yea it was a shot in the dark to be honest.

You may be best backing out of this support forum, clicking the "support" icon at the bottom of the screen and selecting "text chat" or "call us" and explaining the issue to a customer support agent.

They'll be in the best place to help when it comes to account authentication as they can look up your account on there system and give you a definitive answer regarding the odd situation.

(For a speedy answer I'd definitely go with the call us option)
