My daughter got a new Samsung watch and gifted me her Samsung Gear S2 and i can't sync it to my phone (a Samsung S8) correctly.
My daughter removed the watch from her Samsung account and upon going through the process of setting it up i get to a bit that says my Samsung account doesn't match the one used to lock the watch, but my daughter already removed it from her account.
What exactly do i need to do in order to get this working?

Hi @amcam63. Did your daughter perform a Factory Reset on the watch after removing it from her account?

I believe she did because when you turn the watch on it asks you to pick a language and everything, like you would if you had turned a device on for the first time.
