There is software that works for the Gear 360 on any phone.
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1CqX7Czz0RisiGcH5XP4sI3AOlcDoF4F2/view .This allowed my Samsung Galaxy S23 phone to connect to my old Gear 360 (2016), although it took some fiddling around to get it to work. It does not seem to connect with Bluetooth, although my Gear 360 was paired. It seemd to link via local Wi-Fi. I had to try Connect to a new Gear 360 (under three vertical dots on the top right) at times to make it work.
It can take 360 photos and videos, which are saved to the camera. The stitching of the two pictures is not 100% accurate.
There is a PowerShell script for stitching Gear 360 pictures and videos from GitHub at
https://github.com/mikerr/360MultiStretch . The Bat file opens the PowerShell and runs the script. It takes some time to run, as a script is fairly slow, but does a good job of stitching. You need to get the photos off the Gear 360 using USB cable or reading the micro SD card. My laptop uses a larger SD card, but I have an adapter so I can read the micro one.
