Same exact issue. Is the only thing that I cannot stand about these headphones. I cannot do anything while on the phone with somebody without them complaining of hearing it. Eating chips forget it opening up anything forget it. Any movement that makes a noise that they hear louder than I do

Same exact issue of lot of background noise which receiver hear while on calls. I also tried many settings from fit to ambient sound to noise cancellation to switch of NC but no luck. Buds keeps on picking background noise and amplify it while this is not the case with the phone. It does pretty good job with noise cancellation

I too have the same problem. I compared the call quality with the Oppo Enco Buds 2, the call quality and noise suppression is much better in Oppo Enco Buds 2, and these only cost ₹2000.
Hope Samsung provides the software update soon.

This issue has been persistent since Galaxy bud live. I've used Bud live, Bud pro, Bud pro 2, each of them had the same issue. It really gets upsetting while you are on a call & Samsung doesn't seem to fix this issue. No idea if Samsung even acknowledges this issue in order to be fixed.

Same problem here. The weird thing to me is that the problem does not seem to regard everyone. But it is a main issue with the buds, so I do not get why Samsung has not done anything about it

Same here. Mic capture all the background noise, impossible to record a video without background noise.

Guys i tell you what to do because me too facing the same issue with galaxy buds 2 pro some of my friends even make joke of me that whats the benifit of investing that much of money in earphones if it sounds like 5 dollars earphones, but after doing lots of experiments with my buds i found that to get rid of this issue first take out your left earbuds and pur it in your ear then the right one, half of the problem will solve by doing this, but samsung look after this why the he'll is happening with this premium product.

Has anyone tried reaching out to samsung support to resolve this issue? I am also facing similar issue and tried all possible setting from noise cancellation mode to Ambient sound to checking fit to resetting buds 2 pro but nothing worked and background sounds are amplified for the caller on other end.nthey hear each and everything in my background. I seriously did not expect this from buds 2 pro provided it's placement in premium range.

I tried, but the support employee hadn't heard of the issue before and thought it was something that wasjust wrong with my earbuds. They offered that I could send them in, but as I don't think it is a hardware thing I didn't take them up on that offer
