I am also facing same issue as Buds2 pro picks up a lot of noise andy voice either gets suppressed or echo which caller hears. I tried everything like proper fit, ambient sound on call, etc but still it does not differentiate much between my voice and background voice or noise. When I switch to phone then it cancels most of background noise. Any solution?

Looking for the solution brought me here, I recorded a video for a role I applied for and the company emailed me that my recording was so noisy that I should record a new one with a clear background, I have done all the settings, reseted the bud, still every video I have made with it is so noisy, anything that moves even the cotton flaps, it will find a way to amplify the sound and ruined the video

The same issue, following, hopefully Samsung will add an option for noise suppression.
