Hi everyone, please any ideas on how to use the Samsung galaxy buds2 pro for calls? On all calls (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc), the caller is able to hear all the background noise on my end, even bird chirping outside. How do I configure this buds so that it doesn't pick up background noise. It's so upsetting that a device worth over £200 picks up all the background noise.

Help please.

Thank you for this but I've set this up properly and this issue doesn't relate to hearing music but the background noise your caller hears when you're on a call. The buds2 pro microphones picks up every background noise during calls making it seem like your caller is in the same location as you and this should not be the case. I'd expect the microphone to only pick up my voice and shut out all background noise.

Have you got the setting "use ambient sound during calls" setting on? If so it prevents you from speaking too loudly.Screenshot_20230626_172820_Galaxy Buds2 Manager_1000002491_1687796900.png

I'm not sure this affects how the mic picks up background noise. I've tried toggling this setting, still no change. The microphone picks up every noise around me and my callers hear everything. That's my frustration.

I have exactly the same issue. Any environment where I am nit in complete silence and the personal on the call cannot hear me at all, only the background noise. Very poor product and a complete waste of money.

I am also facing same issue as Buds2 pro picks up a lot of noise andy voice either gets suppressed or echo which caller hears. I tried everything like proper fit, ambient sound on call, etc but still it does not differentiate much between my voice and background voice or noise. When I switch to phone then it cancels most of background noise. Any solution?

Looking for the solution brought me here, I recorded a video for a role I applied for and the company emailed me that my recording was so noisy that I should record a new one with a clear background, I have done all the settings, reseted the bud, still every video I have made with it is so noisy, anything that moves even the cotton flaps, it will find a way to amplify the sound and ruined the video

The same issue, following, hopefully Samsung will add an option for noise suppression.
