Just received a Samsung Galaxy active watch as a Christmas gift. I have set it up and connected it to my phone but my touchscreen on the watch doesn't work. I get the same error message every time i try to do anything on the watch screen
"Try again. Touch the screen with your palm to turn it off."
Could you please help me troubleshoot this? I have tried to reset the watch as well but to no avail.
