It is a very good news
Now Samsung Watches doubles steps because it uses time prior to Summer time, when you don't even walk yet. And then Samsung Note pone just counts its steps correctly.
And because time is different, it doubles steps since Summer Time was turning arrows on a clock.
So, you are still in your bed and will go out one hour later on. But once you went.
Samsung Watch will push data for one hour before you actually work.
It is not too bad if you walk a lot. As this affects just beginning of your walk and for one hour only.

But, if you have 4 walks for one hour with at least one hour between them, then you will have 8 hours of walk.
Good induction, nothing to do but your overall "Samsung Health" will be improved.

New timeZone update came for my Watches, rebooted and expected anticipation that problem may be solved, didn't happen.

this pretty looks like watches step counting issue is solved with the new Timezone Update but for newly collected date only since update and onward
No correction for old statistic between Summer time arrows turning forward and TZ update
in any case it is much better.
thanks Samsung team for you effort
