Ring camera rich notifications on Ultra watch

I used to get rich notifications on my Ultra watch from my Ring doorbell camera, but it has stopped giving me the picture. The notification comes through, just no image. Help!

Hi there, are you still have subscription for it? If so sometimes the first movement by the door is usually a notification and thereafter you should get image notifications. Also you can check Galaxy Wearable app on your phone, tapping Watch settings, tapping Notifications, tapping App notifications, and verifying the switch next to the Ring app is turned on

Same for me. Recent wear app update on phone and now I just get text and no image anymore. Really handy getting the image, now I have to check phone.

I disabled and re-enabled the app notifications and still get photo on phone

Think it coincided with the last Ring update 3.78.0, best to leave an appropriate review for the Ring App on Playstore

Getting a picture shared was super useful. A real step back of a software update

I still get them on my phone and so shouldn't the wear os notification still work with the notification service in Android

Same here. reset , rechecked ring notifacations ect ect. I have time to send the watch back if i cant get it. I will use my samsung 4 that shows images.
