Hello. Today out of nowhere, my right earbud will not connect at all. It is fully charged. When I open the Galaxy Wearables app, the right side is grayed out, the left side is lit up like normal and shows 100% battery, the right side is grayed and shows an orange "!" next to it. I've tried everything in the forums.

Rebooted phone

Unpaired and forgot device, then repaired

Opened and closed case many, many times to try and get it to sync

Verified it is charged (the light on the case turns green with just the right side earbud in it

@ReubenRoyal: Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this issue. It seems like you have tried most of the relevant troubleshooting steps, however can you also try placing both Buds in your ears and pressing and holding the touch pads simultaneously for a couple of seconds to see if this helps? If not, please make sure that you are within 10 metres of your phone to stay in range of the Bluetooth connection. I also recommend checking for an update on the Galaxy Wearables app by going to About Earbuds > Update Earbud Software > Download and Install, to see if this helps. Lastly, try resetting the Buds via the Galaxy Wearables app by heading to General > About Earbuds > Reset Earbuds. For the Galaxy Buds+, head to General > Reset > Reset. Let me know how you get on.
