Yesterday I put my watch charging and went I was checking my notifications I noticed that the watch was desconect from phone that was I realised that watch was off for overheating this is third time this happened.
It's my watch the only one or anyone else have the same problem?
I had all Samsung watches since they begin and this is the first one to happen this.

He means there is a Galaxy watch ultra or Galaxy watch 7, your title says Galaxy watch 7 pro which doesn't exist. So I suspect that Samsung wireless charger is not fully compatible with your new watch because the same thing has happened with my Galaxy Watch 6 classic a couple of times. I would just use the charger that came with the watch then you probably won't have the problem

Hi.

My watch 6 does warm up a bit while charging but nothing extreme like yours.

I don't use it while charging and it's much cooler her in the UK ATM.

Also I charge it in the morning everyday regardless of how much h battery is left as then I don't have to charge it for too long.

Yes it is a safety measure to protect your watch. Also which charger are you using?
