Hi,

Is anyone else having problems with o2 and the ear bud offer.

They are saying they won't honour it

On what basis are O2 saying they won't honour?

Are they saying it is because they are out of stock? Offers are usually on the basis of "whilst stocks last".

I would definitely raise a complaint.
