I just set up my new Galaxy Watch5 but can't get the Outlook app to work. When I open the app, I get the message "add an account on mobile to use the app." I installed Outlook to my phone and successfully added my email account (it works on my phone).....Still get the same message.
Any ideas on why this could be happening?

Thanks so much for your reply. Actually, I just updated the OS and reinstalled Outlook on my watch which solved the problem.

I've just started to have this issue. It all worked fine up until July 27th. I've reset my watch, installed the Outlook app back on my watch, removed my outlook account on my phone and still having the "add an account on Mobile to use the app". I do get notifications for email and am able to read them, but I am not getting calendar notifications nor can I open the Outlook Calendar on my watch.

Same here. Brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch 7 44mm LTE and Outlook doesnt work. Tried to reset acccount as well as clear all Outlook data on my phone then reinstalled Outlook on my watch but nothing helped. There is no any update to be installed.

Also here, brand new Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra, and Outlook gives "add an account on Mobile to use the app".
