Good afternoon all
I'm using a GW6 classic watch. I've set it to a pin code if taking off for security. However when I take it off to charge it. I also have to reset the display settings back to tap screen to wake up or turn the bezel the same. It seems that after charging these setting revert to the default settings. I've cleared the cache and nothing seems to work.
Does anyone else have this problem or have a fix etc please

A simple restart can often resolve temporary software glitches. Turn off your Galaxy Watch 6 Classic completely, wait a few seconds, and then turn it back on

Although the issue seems to be watch-specific, restarting your paired phone can sometimes help ensure a stable connection and rule out any phone-related interference

Watch: Make sure your Galaxy Watch 6 Classic is running the latest software. Go to Settings > Software update > Download and install on your watch. Phone: Ensure your phone also has the latest software updates in Settings > Software update > Download and install. Keeping both devices updated can resolve compatibility issues

check if any power saving modes are enabled that might be interfering with your chosen settings.

On your phone, go to Settings Apps. 2. Find and tap on Galaxy Wearable. 3. Tap Storage. 4. Tap Clear data

Factory Reset (Last Resort): If none of the above steps work, you could consider a factory reset

Done all of that. First thing I did was restart. Factory reset, reinstalled as new watch on the phone, etc etc. I know it's not a biggy but so frustrating

Have you considered a reset of the watch @Ginsing64

The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
