My watch faces on galaxy store that I've bought

I've recently upgraded my Samsung watch from the s3 frontier to the Samsung Galaxy 4 40mm I spent quite a bit on watch faces but now can't have them back as I've now got to go through play store is there any way I can transfer these watch faces to my new watch or get a refund on what I've bought it doesn't seem fair that I lose all these watch faces because I've upgraded my watch

I have the same problem Gear S3 to Watch5 pro. Samsung told me that they run on different software so can't be transferred over. The Gear S3 is Tizen and the newer watches are Wear OS.

Thats correct, they aren't compatible therfore you won't be able to migrate them over
