My 24h experience - Samsung Galaxy Ear Buds 3pro

I just got my samsung ear buds pro yesterday and I was very excited but less than 24 hours later I am getting quite infuriated.

I like packaging, I love the design, the buds have a nice weight that makes you feel like you've got your money worth but The pinch to pause n play is stressful, my finger nails (I have quite a stretch of nail) keep pinching my earlobe. The case and the buds are very very slippery, like it was bathed in oil or something. The voice prompt works on and off🙄🙄, this was supposed to be the coolest part but is the most annoying sometimes when i say "play music" it responds, other times Nope. Sometimes "next music" n "previous music" prompts work but "pause music" wouldn't work and why does it keep changing from "adaptive" to "ambient" everytime. Also, i cant sing along to a song tf??

I use an s24 ultra btw which is another nut case on its own.

Not to talk about how samsung is ripping European users off. Selling for 250$ in US but 219£ in UK 250$ is less than 200£ so why am I paying 19£ more?

I'm still getting use to the controls myself. I guess I'll get there in the end. Maybe move them forward a little away from your ear lobe, so your not pinching them. Also noticed the adaptive kept turning to ambient mode. It's an improvement from previous buds if it is on 😂. I guess when I adjust them in my ears, this is what keeps changing it to ambient. Maybe look in the controls settings see if it can be changed. I haven't had time to look myself properly yet. Don't forget they are new and you will find bugs that updates should fixed. As for the buds case being slippery. I bought a case from amazon, so don't get that problem.

Thanks for the response, looking for cute cases on aliexpress but for some reasons they've stopped me from purchasing them. Yes you are right,but it's frustrating. First they failed quality test and delayed shipping now it's just uncompleted. And I notice as soon as I start singing along it reduced the volume of the song thinking I'm having a conversation.

When you listen to music with the eardbuds and sing along out loud, does it also take down the volume for you or it's my settings

It done it once, and i was trying to get it to do it again, it wouldn't. But the volume did go down the once for me.

It done it right, anytime you sing along. The volume goes down, whew. Good to know it's not just me
