There should be more Routine options on the Galaxy watch.
E.g. Turn off Always On Display when you leave Home location.
Turn on Time only mode when you have 5% battery remaining.
Turn on Battery saver automatically when under 20% battery remaining.

Even so simply thing as turn on watch nfc when run google wallet on watch (or opposite- turn on wallet on watches when turn on nfc on watches) is not possible, even in 2024 🤦
