Yes you can go swimming with it - it's designed for that purpose as you will see one of the workout exercises (swimming). It has a rating of 5ATM meaning you can use it in the water 50 meters deep.

In a nut shell nothing to worry about - use the watch whenever you go 😁

Yes. Ive been using my watch for over 2 years in a sauna and hot tub weekly without any issues although it isnt recommended for that use I believe.

@benakaget: If you do go swimming in the sea or in a pool while wearing your Galaxy Watch7, then please rinse the device with fresh water and dry it thoroughly with a soft, clean cloth to maintain its water resistance. The water resistance may be affected by the disinfectants in swimming pool water or the salt in seawater.

If you use your device in a hot environment like a sauna, the water resistance could be damaged from a dramatic change in the air or water temperature.
