Mic issue with Galaxy Buds 2 Pro

I have the Buds 2 Pro paired with my Fold 4. Both devices are with the latest FW update. I cannot make calls (phone and WhatsApp calls), people can't hear me, but transparency mode still works somehow. I already reset the buds twice btw

Anybody with the same issue?

@salva92: Please can you try heading to Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > On > Tap the cog to the right of your Buds2 Pro > Calls, and toggle this option on. Furthermore, please open the Galaxy Wearable app and head to Earbud settings > In-ear detection for calls, and tap the switch to activate it. Let me know if this helps.

@salva92: Does the call audio come through the headphones? If so, please try cleaning the microphone hole with a clean, dry, soft bristled brush to see if you notice an improvement. For reference, please take a look at page 45 of the user manual via the link below.

What is the mic issue?

If it is just poor mic quality and lots of background noise, then that's normal as they are rubbish for calls, meetings, great for music.

I resorted to wired Samsung headset and recently a £16 a Anker buds, they are so much better

Doesn't work either. I tried to use the buds as a Bluetooth mic with the Samsung voice recorder app and it lags a lot!! Records 2 ms every second.

Because of ...
1. Background noise
2. Low earpiece volume, what level is it set to?

I tried every option on/off, other Bluetooth headphones, reset Bluetooth options. Nothing.
