Make Breath watch app vibrate even if not on do not disturb

I love my breath app, but when my watch switches to do not disturb of an evening the breath app no longer gives vibration effects to help me time my breaths.

Is there a way to make it ignore do not disturb so my watch vibrates when using the breath app when it's in do not distribute mode?

@Pej: Is the Breathe app installed on your connected mobile phone? If so then, on the phone itself, please try heading to Settings > Notifications > Do not disturb > On > Allowed during Do not disturb > App notifications > Add apps > Select 'Breathe'. 

Now, open the Galaxy Wearable app > Watch settings > Notifications > Sync Do not disturb with phone > On.
