Am having issues with my ear buds not charging. Have only used them once and then left them for a few months and didn't use them. Then went to try to re-charge them and they wouldn't charge at all. Fiddled with them and then managed to get the right ear bud to charge. Left ear bud simple will not charge at all. I have tried cleaning the case, resetting the wearable app, bluetooth on and off - basically all the tips found in the community support pages and nothing - simply won't work. Very disappointed that after one use they won't work. Help!
