iconx calls background noise is very loud for the person calling

I'm loving the earphones but the only problem ive found is i cant talk through them in a busy environment, i.e. in the gym or on the street, or even when im cooking my gf said the kettle boiling was drowning out my voice?

I get the same complaint from people. Water running, outside noise way too loud. Is there a fix?

I have the same problem. I cant use them for meetings at all.

I wouldn't hold your breath, posted this in January and no help from Samsung
