Buds 2 pro noise cancellation on call

I recently switched buds 2 pro from buds 2, it was my worst decision ever. I'm facing massive two problems here.

1. Buds 2 pro doesn't feel as much comfortable as buds 2 even its itchy.

2. Buds 2 pro ANC for call is not working at all, the person on call can hear every single things that happened in my background, even baby crying from 10 feet!

When I was using my buds 2, no one on call was hearing anything in my background, even they can't hear what next person said to me.

I have already turned on ambient mode on call, I'm only using it on ANC mode.

If anyone have any suggestions please share.

Hello, I have the Buds 2 Pro and the ambient noise for calls needs to be turned off in the settings. If they are itchy, clean them with a wet wipe, but not a disinfecting wipe as that can be harmful to your ears. Let them dry completely before using them again. This should help resolve the issue.

As I mentioned, ambient sound during calls is already turned off. And I'm cleaning my buds every day before using it.

Could you please elaborate on the cleaning process you are using for your buds?

First, I wet a kitchen tissue with sanitizer and then wipe the earbuds and case.

I would strongly advise against using sanitiser, even if you believe it will clean your earbuds. It can irritate your ears. Instead, use a cotton earbud or a Q-tip if you are American, with a bit of warm water.

Okay, I'll try to do that! But I'm tired of getting noise on calls. For calls, I have to disconnect my buds, otherwise, the person gets tired of the noise around me whenever I'm in a crowded area. Even voice focus mode works best when phone is on speaker, even as I said earlier buds 2 ANC works best!

I totally understand I cycle and call my mates for company and motivation and it let's all the sound in so I will just talk to them on the phone normally
