I like the mic mode in the Galaxy s24 where we can isolate the background noise to the other person while calling.
However, this feature is unavailable when I connect to a Bluetooth device such as Buds 2 Pro. The other person can hear every noise that is happening around me. I travel daily to work and unfortunately, I cannot use the buds while speaking because of the noise around me.
Is this a known issue?
Do you know if Samsung plans to fix this and make the noise isolation feature available for Bluetooth devices?

@Devilmaycry31: Please try opening the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected mobile phone > Touch controls (On) > Touch and hold > For the left or right Bud, select 'Switch noise controls'.
Now, when you're on a call, press and hold the relevant Bud to activate Active noise cancelling. This feature reduces background noise, and should hopefully focus the call audio to your voice, and remove any unwanted distractions.
Let me know if this helps.

Hey @AndrewL Thank you for the response. But when I am on the call, the ANC works for me. However, the other person can hear all the background noise from my end.

I want to give the Samsung team this feedback about the issue. Could you tell me how I could raise this request?
