Nope not yet. I am not sure why it takes so long, it's not like they have to wait for stock! Maybe it's something to do with an order return window, to prevent people getting the voucher then returning the watch.

I have a load of watch faces I want to buy off Facer along with some apps for my phone, so hope it won't be too much longer. Up to 28 days from claim I believe.

Hi, has anyone had issues trying to redeem the code.. I keep getting an error message when I try to redeem.. Spoke to samsung promotions and still waiting on a response...

Well it's 30 days since my claim was validated and nothing.... no email and the claim tracker still shows as processing.

Well even when I did receive an email with a link to get the code it didn't work and has done even after I'd spoke to samsung promotions.. Beginning to think it's a scam..
